Cancellation and No Show Policy

To ensure that our personnel can most effectively plan their time to meet the needs of the clients they serve, parents, guardians and clients are asked to communicate to your Hand Led Therapy personnel by text, phone call, or e-mail of any cancellations. Any cancellations should be communicated as far in advance as possible. Sessions cancelled without at least 8 hours notice will be billed in full (except in cases of emergency, sudden illness, or severe weather). We encourage families and clients to re-schedule canceled sessions whenever possible. Although we recognize that unanticipated conflicts sometimes arise in families' and clients' schedules, we must maintain a policy of discharging clients following three missed sessions without prior notice.

Consistent attendance is important to ensure the client's optimal progress. 

Hand Led Therapy LLC personnel will be responisbe to document changes in schedule appointments by e-mail to ensure the client and Hand Led Therapy LLC personnel are aware of schedule changes.
